Day 2 : Kochi – Trivandrum/Kovalam (270Kms)

A Drive to Trivandrum/Kovalam, today. As you reach Trivandrum, check into the hotel pre-booked for you. Stay at the hotel for the night. You can enjoy the place by going on to a sightseeing tour in the vicinity.

Day 3 : Kovalam

Enjoy all the therapeutic treatments enlisted in the age old and time tested Ayurvedic books which originated in India. The treatments include the Deepana and Panchana treatment under which purification of whole body is targeted by therapies like Virechana (Purgation), Vamana (Emesis), Snehavasthi (Medicated Oil Enema), Kashayavasti (medicated decoction enema) & Nasya (Nasal Administration).
