As you have your breakfast we would start our trip by driving to Rishikesh and en-route halt at Haridwar. Explore the nearby attractions of the place.The evening would be free for leisure activities. Stay at the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.
As you have your breakfast we would move to Uttarkashi. This drive is going to take most of our time, which would be about 7-8 hours. As soon as you arrive, check into the hotel pre-booked by Travelsite India for you. Stay at the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

This day is kept for documentation. Explore the town as you go about and bask in the beauty of nature available in abundance in this picturesque town. Check in to the hotel pre-booked for you and stay there for the night. Dine and relax.
As you start your day with morning breakfast we would drive towards Gangotri and taking the route of Harsil. This is a journey of almost 95Kms and takes up almost 4-5 hours. As you arrive at Gangotri, check into the hotel pre-booked for you. Stay at the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.
This would be the first day of our hiking trip as we will finally start our climbing expedition. Hike through the Fir Forest and then to the Kedar Gorge as we will reach camp. This trek would approximately be of 8Kms and would take almost 5-6hours. We would be following the trail of Kedar Ganga as it accompanies us from Kedar Tal. Stay at the hotel for the night.
Today we would move from Bhoj Kharak to Kedar Kharak. This trek would be of 4kms and would take almost 4-5 hours and traverse through the birch(Bhoj) forest and then after crossing the tree line and stay at the camp as you reach there. Look at the Bhrigupanth peak and enjoy the beautiful backdrop that the peak provides. Stay at the tents and the campsite.

This day would mark the beginning of a difficult trek. We would trek to Kedar Tal today as which is going to be one of 5Kms and would take almost 4-5hours. Kedar Tal is considered as one of the most beautiful glaciers of India and provides a stunning backdrop to the scenery of the landscape. Look out for the Thalayasagar which is just behind it giving it a mesmerizing look. Thalayasagar is a quartz mountain and is very beautiful with sunlight falling upon it. Stay at the camp today.
As you get up early we would have a look at the majestic peaks of the surrounding area as the snow turns into with sunlight falling upon them. See the reflections of lake of the peaks and feel the serenity absorbed in you. This trek would start as you climb for 9Kms for 5 hours and then return to Bhoj Kharak. Stay at the tents. Dine and relax.

As the morning begins we would trek down to Gangotri as we trek down. Upon arrival, stay at the Guest House pre-booked for you. Dine and relax at the guest house.
As you start today we would trek down to Bhojwassa today as we go to Chirbasa en-route. This day we would follow the Trail of Bhagirathi River. As we cross Chirbasa, our trek would become quite desolate with no human settlement. From here we would trek to Bhojwassa, as you arrive there look for the temple here and there is a campsite near it. Set out your camp here. Stay at the campsite. Dine and relax.

As you start early today and trek to Gomukh. Gomukh is the source of Ganges and has a holy value in the Hindu Mythology of India. As you reach there, explore the vicinity and trek to Tapovan now. This trek is a difficult one as it is steep ascent, as we climb up our view of the landscape surrounding us becomes even clear. Tapovan is one beautiful stop with meadows, beautiful flora and fauna surrounding the place. Set out your camp here and stay for the night. Dine and relax.

This day would be free as you get used to the altitude of the place. Enjoy the beautiful peaks and the landscape of the place dotted by streams and meadows. Dine and stay at the campsite.
As you have your breakfast, start your day a little early and then set out for the base camp. Stay at the tent for the night. Dine and relax.

We will try the summit bid in these six days. We would halt and pitch our tents from time to time. Stay and dine at the tent.

Start your return trek as you return back to Chirbasa which approximately take 5-6 hours as we cover a distance of 16Kms. Stay at the tents for the night.
As you have your breakfast we would start our trek from Chirbasa to Gangotri today. This trek would take almost 2 hours as we cover a distance of 8kms and then from here, drive to Uttarkashi which would take another 5-6hours. Stay at the hotel for the night.
This day will begin as we drive to Rishikesh today. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Stay at the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.
